1 jar Tandoori Palace Tikka Masala simmer sauce2 tins of Pam's chickpeas in brine, drained and rinsed1 900g pack of 100% Fresh Stirfry vegetables (discard flavour sachet)
Put everything in a saucepan or microwave dish. Simmer/cook on medium high until vegetables are tender. Add water if necessary to make the sauce consistency to your liking. You could also use some low fat yoghurt.
Serve with rice, pita or naan, and indian pickles, raita or salad if desired.
