Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 cup marinara sauce1/8 cup whole wheat bread crumbs30 wonton wraps (located in produce aisle)1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef
Add sauce and bread crumbs, let simmer while preparing wonton wraps
Insert wraps into mini muffin pan
Spoon beef mixture into wraps then layer ricotta and mozzarella cheese

Cook in 350 degree over until cheese is melted and wonton wrap is browned

Makes approximately 30
