Bloody Mary Mix - 1oz

Ingredients
1 quart home-canned tomatoes, whole2 tablespoons horseradish*1t Lea & Perrins worcestershire1/2T celery salt1T cayenne pepper
Directions
Through the tomatoes int he blender, then strain in a fine mesh strainer. Some thicker sauce should get through, but not any seeds. I through the remaining 3/4c. thick tomatoes back into the jar and use for soup or marinara.

Whisk spices into the juice. Refrigerate immediately. Serve in a small chilled glass or over large chunks of ice.


*I reccommend Silver Springs Gardens fresh-ground coarse cut horseradish. It comes in an 8oz jar with red writing on a white label. If you can't find this, compare what you do find to their ingredient list: horseradish, distilled vinegar, water, soybean oil, salt, artificial flavoring, soidum bulfate (to protect color and flavor).
Many other brands have even MORE stuff in them.
