Oven Baked Bread Pudding

Ingredients
3 tsp vanilla extract1/2 c splenda brown sugar blend1/2 c splenda blend for baking16 oz 7 grain or multi grain bread2 c skim milkegg beater or egg substitute to equal 2 eggs
Directions

mix by hand after saturating bread with milk, eggs substitute, vanilla and sugars. Place in an ten by twelve greased pan. Put teaspoon size cuts of lite margarine onto the top of dough to help brown. Place in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours or until done in the center and browned on the top. You can sprinkle some splenda brown sugar across the margarine and dough to help crystalize and brown the top.
