Ingredients
*Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice, drained, No Sugar Added, 1 cup *Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp *Splenda, 5 pk or 1/3 cup*Coconut, raw, .1/4 cup, shredded *1/4 tsp coconut flavoring
Directions
Grate carrots, add drained pineapple, mayonnaise, Splenda, coconut and/ or coconut flavoring. Mix together and chill.
