2 Large Chicken Breasts, no skin, trimmed.1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 Cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs1 Can Bumble Bee Lump Crabmeat, drainedPepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly pound chicken or score sides to make surface rough. Combine parmesan cheese, corn flake crumbs, crab meat, and seasoning into bowl. Roll chicken breasts into breading mixture. Place breaded chicken breasts into dish or pan and dump the remaining breading crumbs on top of chicken breasts. Bake at 375 for approx. 30-40 minutes or until center of chicken contains no pink.
