Italian Sausage Spaghetti Sauce and Spaghetti Squash Noodles

Ingredients
1/2 c. chopped Bell Pepper14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes6 oz can of black olives, chopped8 oz can of tomatoe sauce4 links italian sausage1/2 tsp crushed garlicItalian spices to taste1 Spaghetti Squash
Directions
Brown sausage, onion, peppers and garlic. Add tomatoe sauce and diced tomatoes and spices. Turn on low and allow to simmer. Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove insides. Stab the back of the squash several times. Place flesh side down on a plate and microwave for ten minutes. Take a fork and scrape the inside ot the squash. It will turn into "noodles". Divide into bowls and add one cup of the sauce. Makes enough for six.
