Steak Stroganoff

Ingredients
230 grams sliced very lean steak or filet250 grams sliced mushrooms.33 cup low fat sour creamor creme fraiche1 clove garlic, mashedsalt, pepper to taste
Directions
2 big servings

Saute sliced mushrooms, garlic and onion in Pam. Thinkly slice steak, quick sauté wih veggies, don't overcook.

Salt, pepper to taste, mix in low fat sour cream. Serve with pasta or over broccoli, count nutritional info in addition to the stroganoff.
