Chicken Tomatillo Soup

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts2 cups chicken broth1 onion sliced4 cloves garlic10-15 tomatillos1 sweet green pepper1 yellow pepper1 bunch cilantro1 lime2 c white beans
Directions
Place chicken, broth, onion and garlic in crock pot and let cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Cook tomatillos and peppers in water until soft.
In blender combine tomatillos, pepper, juice from the lime and cilantro and blend to a liquid. Add to chicken in crock pot.
Add beans to the crock pot and cook on low until you are ready to eat.
Enjoy!
You can spice this up by adding jalapenos, or any other types of peppers you enjoy!
