Yeast Free Wholemeal Bread

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon sugar (I use Splenda)1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened2 cups rice milk (or preferred milk including buttermilk)
Directions
Makes one loaf.

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius (325 degrees farenheit).
2. Combine all dry ingredients, then mix butter through well with a fork.
3. Add milk (and sweetener). Mix until well combined.
4. Put mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
5. Remove bread from pan and cool on a rack.
