1 bag broccoli slaw3 stalks bok choy, greens chopped, and the white stalk sliced thin1 bunch green onions1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp hoisin sauce1 Tbsp rice vinegar2 Tbsp sesame oil4 large eggs scrambled
Heat 1 Tbspoil and scramble egg. Set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil and add vegetables and 1/2 of green onions..stir fry 3-5 minutes. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar and egg. Mix and heat through. Add remainder of green onion.
