1 Medium Onion1 garlic clove1 Small green bell pepper1 small red bell pepper1 zucchini1 yellow squash (or yellow zucchini)3.5 oz mushrooms14 oz canned tomates2tbsp tomato paste1tsp basil1tsp sugar
Chop all vegetables roughly and put into pot, add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and sugar and stir. Season to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
