Shrimp lunch salad

Ingredients
400 gr thawed tiny salad shrimp200 gr drained white beans250 gr drained kidney beans220 gr drained french beans3 chopped scallions2 chunked med fresh tomatoes1 TBLSP olive oil1 TBLSP red wine vinegar1.5 TBLSP dijon mustard1 TBLSP water
Directions
Makes about 7 cups

Drain, rinse and toss all canned products and thawed shrimp in big bowl. Add chopped tomatoes and scallions.

Make dressing out of oil, water, mustard, salt and pepper to taste and vinegar. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
