Ingredients
Health Valley Fat-Free Chicken Broth 1 cup1/4 c raw chopped carrots1/4 c raw chopped celery1/4 c raw chopped onions1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)1/4 c Kraft Free Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Directions
Chop carrots, celery, and onions. Heat burner to med-low to med and pour 1 cup broth into pot. Add chopped carrots, celery and onions and the optional sea salt. Let simmer for about 20 minutes or until all veggies are thoroughly cooked. Pour and serve. May garnish with the 1/4 c of Kraft fat-free cheese.
