Sherry's Seasoned Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
3 medium Potatoes, skin on & sliced in 1/2 inch slices2 Tbsp. Uncle Chris's Gourmet Steak Seasoning (Fiesta Brand)A spinkle of sea salt to taste1/4 cup water One Quart or gallon sized Zip-Lock bag.
Directions
Place rinsed potato slices on a hot grill (I use electric. Sprinkle each piece of potato with Uncle Chris's Gourmet Steak Seasoning and Sea Salt to taste. Let Potatoes get blackened grill marks on either side. (about 5 minutes.) After grilling both sides to add slight grill marks, take the potatoes off ot the grill and plac in the Zip-Loc bag. Add the 1/4 cup water and other tsp of Uncle Chris's Gourmet Steak Seasoning. Shake Vigorously and place in Microwave for 5 minutes.
Potatoes will come out with a great flavor without having to add butter or anything else.

Makes 5-6 1/2 cup servings.

    Depends on the type of potato you use on how many calories you will be eating. We prefer the yellow potatoes or some call them golds, they are a lot less in calories then regular white potatoes - 9/30/08
