Chicken Skillet Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Chicken3/4 c. Brown Rice, uncooked1 can Black Beans, with juices1c. Salsa3/4c. frozen corntt(to taste) Ground Cumintt Rubbed Sage2T chopped onion, or 1T dry minced onion1.5T garlic powder
Directions
Cook chicken half way in skillet.
Add beans, salsa, spices, corn, rice, onion. Bring to bowl.
Simmer on low heat, covered, until rice is cooked to liking.
Serve alone or top wheat tortilla shells with mixture and add cheese, lettuce, sour cream or other toppings.
