tuna salad with capers

Ingredients
one 6 oz can chunk light tuna in water, drained1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp jarred capers drained2 tbsp red onion finely diced.5 tsp parsley, dried
Directions
Drain tuna and mix all the ingredients together. Adjust mix to your liking. Serve on wheat toast with hummus spread on one side for a tasty sandwich. Makes 2 hearty servings.
