No Guilt Cheese Soup

Ingredients
3 cans fat free chicken broth1 can RoTel Tomatoes (Original)2 16oz packages of frozen veggies "California Style" (Broccolli, Califlower, Carrots)10oz Velveeta Light
Directions
Mix broth, tomatoes, and veggies in large pan. Bring to a boil and cook until veggies are at desired tenderness

Add cheese and mix until melted.

Makes approx. 10 cups.
