Pumpkin Raisin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup water2 Tbsp vinegar1 Tbsp vanilla1 1/2 cup Kellogg's Original All-Bran1 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/3 tsp allspice1/4 cup sugar1/2 cup raisins1 cup pureed pumpkin3 egg whites
Directions
DIRECTIONS:

Combine milk, water and vinegar. Mix in all bran and vanilla. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Add raisins to dry mixture*. To bran mixture, add pumpkin and egg whites. Add dry ingredients to bran mixture and mix with spoon.

Spritz muffin tins with Pam.

Bake at 375º for 15 - 20 minutes.
