1 lb frozen chicken tenders (about 12 pieces)1 cup (dry) long grain brown rice2 Tbsp taco seasoning1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup2 cups water
Layer frozen chicken tenders in slow cooker, sprinkling each layer with taco seasoning. Add rice and water, cover with cream of chicken soup. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add fat free sour cream before serving. Makes 6 servings, approximately 1 cup each.
