Mashed Turnips

Ingredients
6c cubed turnips 2 quarts water 1t sea salt 1/4t stevia powder 2T butter 1/4c evaporated skim milk
Directions
Cut turnips into medium sized chunks.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add salt and stevia. When the water is boiling, add the turnips. Boil for about 20 minutes, or until the turnips are tender. Drainl. Add butter and evaporated skim milk. Using electric beaters mash turnips until smooth.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
