Ingredients
1 t Olive oil for pan4 eggs4 oz Momzerella cheesel 3/4 cup Plain yogurt1 c zucchini1/2 lg green pepper1 banana or Hungarian Pepper3/4 c onion chipped2 T four (wheat or spelt)1/2 t salt1/4 t garlic powderoptional 1/4 t fine herbs
Directions
makes 4 servings (1/4 of an 9" round pan)


Mix all ingredients together until blended.

Bake 350 degree oven for 20 -30 min.

Serve hot with Salsa if desired
