Chicken Prosciutto Pieces

1 Tbsp honey1/4 c Dijon mustard4 thin slices prosciutto8 pcs chicken tenders2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Combine honey and mustartd in small bowl and set aside. Cut the prosciutto into 1/2 inch lengths. Roll the chicken in the honey mustard, then wrap a prosciutto strip around each piece of chicken and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over high heat. When oil is hot, place chicken in skillet. Sear on 1 side for 1 1/2 minutes or until crispy. Turn the pieces and repeat on all sides. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serves 4.
