Pineapple Wheat Pizza

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Water- 1 tsp. Salt- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil- 3/4 cup bread flour- 1 3/8 cup Whole Wheat Flour- 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning- 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits- 1 cup pizza sauce-2 cups Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese
Directions
Place first 7 ingredients in bread machine and set on dough setting.

Remove dough upon completion and roll out into a large circle.

Top with pineapple, tomato sauce and cheese

Cook for 15-30 minutes at 415 degrees on the top rack of the oven.

Remove when cheese is melted and crust begins to brown.
