Yellow and Green (Sauteed peppers and green beans)

Ingredients
Green pepperGreen beansOlive oil (I thb)Sesame oil (1 tsp)Pine nuts "A few"
Directions
This makes three 1/2 cup servings.

Chop half a green pepper and about a cup of green beans (fresh if you can get them) together into 1" pieces.

On low, warm up a pan with a thb of olive oil and a tsp of sesame oil.

Add in chopped vegetables and a few pine nuts. Saute about 5-10 minutes. Makes a crunchy, filling side dish with few calories and other good qualities.
