Jillian's Chicken & Cabbage Soup

350 grams X Lean Ground Chicken1 large onion, chopped3 cloves minced Garlic1 tbsp dried Dill Weed (or 1/4 cup fresh)1 tsp Paprika2 Bay LeavesHot Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar3 tbsp Splenda (or Brown Sugar Twin)400 grams shredded Savoy Cabbage100 grams fresh Baby Spinach4 cups Campbell's 25% less salt Chicken Broth4 cups Water
Add ground chicken to large soup pot and cook until brown. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients except Cabbage and Spinach. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cabbage and spinach and simmer another 15 minutes. Remember to remove Bay Leaves.
