1 tsp olive oil1 cup chopped yellow onion1 package sliced crimini mushrooms, 278 g1 cup frozen peas1 cup chopped, boiled red potatoes1 tsp sea salt2 tbsp Marsala Cooking Wine
Add garlic to the olive oil and saute until just golden.
Add chopped onions and cover. Cook until translucent and starting to brown slightly.
Add Mushrooms and cook covered for a min.
Add Marsala cooking wine.
Add microwaved peas (2 mins) and boiled red potatos.
Cook for 5 mins covered.
Add salt to taste.
Makes 2 servings (entrees)
