Faux Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts3/4 cup Triscuits -- crushed ( I like to experiment with different flavors of Triscuits)2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped3/4 cup Italian Dressing3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese -- grated1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Marinate Chicken breasts in Italian Dressing for 30-40 minutes.

Mix together Triscuits, parsley, cheese and seasonings.

Drain chicken breasts and dredge in Triscuit mixture.

Place in a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
