Easy salmon loaf

Ingredients
2X 400gm tins pink salmon, drained, reserve fluid1 large onion, chopped1 tablespoon capers, drained and minced2 anchovy fillets, minced1 egg1/4 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup milkfresh ground black pepper1 tablespoon dill1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Add enough milk and reserved liquid to make a moist mixture.

Transfer to a 2 liter casserole dish and bake in a moderately hot oven, 375F/ Gas mark 5 for 40 - 45 minutes.

Serve with a marie rose sauce.
