Ingredients
1 pound turkey burger-lean1- 14 oz. can kidney beans1- 14 oz can whole kernel corn1- 14 oz. can green beans1- 14 oz can diced tomatoes2- 14 oz. cans tomatoe sauce1/2 cup salsa
Directions
makes about eight 2 cup servings

Brown ground meat with garlic and onion. Add all cans of ingredients and salsa. Cook together to mix flavors. Use salt free ingredients when possible so it isn't too salty.
