Spaghetti Sauce with Turkey meat

2 lbs ground turkey meat6 ripe tomatos2- 8 ounce cans of tomatoe sauce2 cups of white wine6 tbls butter4 tbs onion - yellow2 small carrots4 tbls celery
Chop onion, celery and carrots and saute in butter. Add turkey meat and cook until all pink is gone. Add wine and simmer until almost vaperated. Add milk and do the same. Add tomato sauce and chopped tomatos and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce to just a low simmer. Cook for 3-4 hours uncovered
