Mayo tuna sushi rice rolls

Ingredients
long grain brown ricemirinnori sheettunamayocucumbersesame seeds
Directions
Pre soak brown rice overnight. Cook and let it steam for 5 more mins. Mix mayo to tuna, mix well. Cut cucumber in strips while roast the nori sheet in the oven at 250F for 6 minutes. Prepare nori sprinkles by crumbling the sheet and add roasted sesame seeds and a bit of salt. Set aside.

Mix mirin into rice, fan and toss until the right consistancy. Put rice into a teacup that lined with plastic wrap. Poke s hole in the middle where the tuna and cucumber are placed. Add just a bit more rice then wrap the rice roll with plastic wrap. Apply pressure to form a roll or whatever desirable shapes. Sprinkle nori and sesame seeds over rice rolls.
