Hamburger roll

Ingredients
1 C Milk1/2 C soft butter1/4 C sugar2 eggs3/4 t salt4C bread flour2 1/2 t yeaat2 lbs hamburger1/2 - 1 cabbage chopped1/2 onion choppedsalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Make the dough using a bread maker. Put the milk, butter, sugar, eggs, salt, bread flour and yeast into the bread maker in that order.

Fry hamburger and onions. Drain when done. Put choppoed cabbage and hamburger mixture in a large deep pot. Cook together and add salt and peper to taste. Cook until cabbage is tender.

Cut pieces of dough apart and roll thin. Add hamburger cabbage mixture by Tablespoons. Fold dough over meat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. until golden brown. To keep them soft, you can paint the top of them with butter.

After cooking, wrap extras in tin foil and freeze. To reheat: Thaw first. Cook in microwave for 1 min and then 20 min at 350 degrees.
