Greek chickpeas & spinach

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 3 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Garlic, 7 cloves Paprika, 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 tsp Better than boullion 1tsp.Spinach, fresh, 2 package (10 oz) *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
Directions
In a large pot, over medium heat, saute onions & garlic in olive oil until soft.
Ad chickpeas,tomatoes,pepper flakes,paprika, better than boullion and oregano.
Cover and simmer at low heat for 20 min.
Add spinach and cook for about 5 min. or until spinach is to your liking(I like a little less cooked).
Add the juice of 1 lemon.
Serve over coucscous and sprinkle with feta cheese.
