1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast1 tsp salt1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp garlic powder3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise1/2 cup cauliflower puree1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (optional)1 cup grapes
Boil the chicken breast until tender.
Cut into chunks. Set aside and let cool.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients.
Stir in the chicken.
