Healthy Cornbread

Ingredients

1 cup cornmeal1 cup whole grain flour (any)4 tsp baking powder1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup honey1 cup milk1 large egg
whisk together dry ingredients.
Beat egg slightly, then whisk together all wet ingredients.
Pour wet into dry and stir no more than 15 times to moisten (there will be dry clumps - it's ok)
Pour into a lightly oiled 9x9 baking dish and bake at 425 for 25 minutes, until lightly golden and passes the toothpick test.
Serves 9, 1 2x2 square each
