Ground Beef (Lean)Refried BeansCheddar Cheese (shredded)Flour Tortilla
This is taken from ingredients that have already been prepared the night before... using the leftovers.
Lay your tortilla out on a plate, spoon your beans on the tortilla out across the middle, over that place your meat, then your cheese and any veggies if desired, don't pile them up too much otherwise you can't roll the toritlla to make a burrito...
While laying flat, stick in the microwave for 20 mins. When the microwave is finished, you want to roll the tortilla to make your burrito. Fold 2 sides in, pressing down on the ingredients, bring back across your ingredients, turn so you have 1 of the unfolded sides, drape over the ingredients pressing down and bring towards you, and start rolling, this causes the ingredients to stay inside of the burrito. I know it's a lot of work, but it's well worth it!

I have to correct the part of your recipe that says to stick it in the microwave for 20 min. This cannot be correct, although 20 seconds is about appropriate. I'm sure that's what you meant but I would like to offer an alternative that is better. Heat in skillet on low heat. Bit of margarine good. - 8/4/10

LOL yes, 20 secs is what I meant! Thanks for the alternative. We've done it in the skillet too, but this way I have it is for if you don't wanna bother with the skillet or are in a hurry to get something fast.
