Reduced Fat Seven Layer Dip

1 can of Vegetarian Refried Beans1 cup of Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 cup of Fat free Mayo1 package of Taco Seasoning3 avocados mashed3 tomatoes chopped2 cups of shredded lettuce1 can of chopped black olives2 cups Cheddar cheese
Directions
Place the ingredients in a casserole dish by layers
1st Layer Refried beans
2nd Layer mix the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning
3rd Layer Three mashed avocados
4th Layer Chopped black olives
5th Layer Three chopped tomatoes
6th Layer Shredded lettuce
7th Layer Grated cheddar cheese

    This is pretty good. I would make it again but I make my own guacamole with tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. An extra kick and little less sodium. - 1/1/11
