Sam's sausage and pepper pitas

Ingredients
3 servings louis rich turkey sausage, chopped into bite size piecesone sweet bell pepper cut in stripsone sweet onion cut in half-quarters (eighths?)6 tsp of minced garlic3/4 cup fat free shredded cheese
Directions
makes four 1/2 pitas stuffed.

spray a skillet with nonstick spray and heat on medium. Add onions, peppers, garlic, and sausage. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is nicely browned and onions are the desired doneness.

toss with mozzarella, stuff into pita halves, and serve - Easy!
