Chili Garlic Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
2 tbls Olive Oil5 Cloves garlic finely chopped1 tbls chili powder1 tbls McCormick steak seasoning1 large head broccoli 375 Grams cut into spears with the stalks
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Place olive oil, garlic.chili powder, and grill seasoning in the bottom of a large bowel and add the broccoli spears.
3. Toss to coat broccoli evenly then transfer to a large nonstick baking sheet.
4. Roast the broccoli until the ends and crisp and brown, and stalks are tender, about 17 - 20 minutes

    I absolutely love this broccoli recipe. I don't use the steak seasoning - I typically use Paul Prudhomme's fish or chicken seasoning, but it's amazingly good. It's got a little bit of a crunch from baking the broccoli and the spice level is just right (which means pretty tame). :) - 4/20/11

    Simply delicious
    The sodium is a bit high (probably due to the steak seasoning) but it could be tweaked by making your own steak seasoning with less salt in the mix. - 5/4/10
