Ingredients
Buy fresh, uncooked, ingredients. Wash them, cut the corn off the ear yourself, mix them up. Add a dash of lemon juice or other healthy dressing, or not. I don't add any dressing or seasoning as I don't find it's necessary, but feel free to make your own choice here. It's lactose and gluten free and is also vegan. If you check the nutrient list, you'll find it's packed with good things!

Don't! This is a simple, healthful, snack or meal. Cooking will lessen the goodness of the meal. The sweetness of the corn and the 'mouthfeel' of the ingredients make this a surprisingly good meal.
