Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked Basmati Rice1/2 cup moong dal1.5 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp ghee1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp black pepper cornssalt to taste1/2 tsp turmeric
Directions
Pressure cook rice & moong dal with turmeric. Once it is cooked, heat the oil, add cumin seeds, pepper corns, ginger. Mix in the cooked rice & dal. Add salt to taste. Turn the heat off and add 1 tbsp ghee and mix it in.
