Ingredients
GV (Wal Mart) Yellow corn meal, 1 cup*Flour, white, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 4 TBS Baking Powder, 4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large *Canola Oil, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add milk, egg, and oil. Mix until batter is mostly smooth, approx. 1 min. Bake in 6 or 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray, for 23-25 min or until golden brown. Makes about 6 large or 9 small "squares."
