Kit's Asian-inspired Vegetarian Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, washed and cubed2 medium Vidalia onions, chopped3 cloves of garlic, chopped1 package of frozen mixed vegetablesSoy or fish sauce (found in the Asian food section)Miso paste (found in the Asian food section)Wasabi paste (found in the Asian food section)Spicy brown mustardWater
Directions
Put 16 cups of water in a large pot. Add frozen vegetables, potatoes, garlic, and onions. Add soy or fish sauce, miso paste, wasabi paste, and spicy brown mustard to taste. Cook until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 2-cup servings.
