10 oz Frozen Chicken Breast Tenderloin11 oz Idaho Potato, 1/2 inch cubes1 can Spinach1 pkg Chicken & Broccoli Rice a Roni with seasoning packet (dry)3 cups Chicken Broth or 3 tsp Bouillon/3 cups water2 cups water0.5 cups Four Cheese Instant Mashed Potatoes
Put chicken broth or bouillon & water in slow cooker. Cut potato into 1/2 inch cubes and add to pot. Add Rice a Roni (rice and seasoning packet) to pot along with the frozen chicken. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Add more water if needed.
Makes approximately 9 1-cup servings.

Frankie where do the mashed potatoes come in? side dish?

When I created this, I had a 1/2 cup of leftover instant mashed potatoes that I was going to add to the pot, but I ended up leaving it out. I edited the recipe, but apparently I missed removing it from the ingredients list! Keep in mind that this soup is a little high in sodium too...
