Italian White Bean Dip with Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
1 can Cannellini beans4-6 cloves of roasted garlicdash of salt & peppera few shakes of itialian herb seasoning2 T olive oil
Directions
Garlic can be roasted ahead of time (or fresh garlic gives a stronger flavor)
Drain beans reserving liquid
Mash beans and garlic together
Add juice from lemon
Add bean liquid until smooth
Add seasonings
Place in serving bowl
Drizzle olive oil on top
Add more italian herb seasoning on top
Serve with raw veggies & pita chips
