CP's simple fajita burritos

Ingredients
4 ounces of precooked shredded chicken breast (off the bone)1/2 cup pinto beans2 La Banderita Low Carb Tortillas4 tbsp of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese8 slivers/half slices of onion1/4 cup chopped tomatoes1 tsp of cumin powder1 tsp of garlic powder2 tbsp of chopped cilantro1/4 cup of chopped banana peppers2 tbsp Daisy light sour cream
Directions
Spray pan with canola oil spray and sautee the onions, tomatoes, and banana peppers till soft. Next add the precooked shredded chicken, cumin and garlic powders and cook for about 5 minutes to let the flavors blend. Heat up the tortillas and place half of the chicken fajitas in each tortilla, next place 1/2 of the beans, cheese, light sour cream and cilantro in each tortilla. Finally wrap up burrito style and your meal is ready to eat!

I like to add some Valentina hot sauce to mine, but you can add any hot sauce or salsa for more flavor. Serves 2. Enjoy!
