Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
About 12 c. chicken broth, Low fat1 c. sliced carrots1 c. chopped onions1 c. chopped celery, including tops1 package Good Season's Italian Dressing Mix1 roasted chicken, skin removed.
Directions
If using pan drippings from roasted chicken, place in refrigerator until fat solidifies. Then remove fat.

This soup is nourishing, low calorie and low fat. The high sodium content can be nearly cut in half by using low sodium broth.

Makes about seven 2.25-cup servings.

Add rice or noodles.
