Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)Pecans, 1 oz (20 halves) (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 3 tbsp (remove)Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Pepper, black, 0.5 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces (remove)Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (remove)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), .5 serving (remove)
Prepare Chicken (wash) season with onion powder, garlic powder, cilantro,lemon peel, black pepper and lemon juice. Bake chicken for 30 minutes (Convection uncovered) Conventional Oven cover with foil. When chicken is done and has cooled, cube and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and add cooled chicken. Chill and serve with cracker, on bread or alone. Serves 4
