I usually throw chilli powder, minced garlic, seasoned salt, and garlic powder in with the meat. Everything else you just throw in a pot!SUPER EASY!!
Brown all of the meat... while everything else is heating in a crockpot or stove top pot. Add the meat and let it simmer for about an hour if it is rushed. If you can slow cook this it is great! Definetly great "winter" food. This will make tons of left-overs and will go far if you have a big family. Sprinkle some cheese on top, and make garlic, or corn bread. ( I think those compliment well.) I hope if anyone tries this they all enjoy!
And, it's super high protein and fiber, so that helps! : )
